Publishing and Scheduling Your Videos
Connect a platform, publish straight from the Studio, cross-post to everywhere at once, and schedule ahead.

What the Publish Tab Does
The Publish tab is the last tab in the Studio settings panel. It sends a finished video to a connected account without downloading and re-uploading it by hand. It supports eight platforms: YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest and Snapchat. When you publish, your browser uploads the video to our cloud and our servers do the actual posting, so once the upload finishes you can close the tab and the post still goes out.
- •YouTube can be connected on every plan, including free. The other seven platforms are a paid feature on Pro Creator and Studio Elite.
Connecting an Account
Open the Publish tab, pick a platform chip, and press its connect button. You are sent to the platform to sign in and approve access, then returned to the Studio, where the card becomes a publishing form. The Studio never sees your password: the platform issues an access token and that is what gets stored. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes that access. Each connection is per account, so if you run several channels you connect each one separately.
- •Connect the account you actually post from. There is a dedicated tutorial that walks through the specifics of each platform.
Publishing a Video
Record in the Video tab, then move to Publish and pick the platform. Choose the source, either the latest render or a local MP4 file, then fill in the title and description. A title generator suggests titles based on the mode and setup you used, which helps when you are producing regularly. Set the privacy where the platform asks for it, choose Publish now or Schedule, and send it. Check the destination account before you send, particularly if you have more than one connected.
- •One platform rule to remember: X rejects a caption that contains a link, so leave URLs out of X posts and add them in a reply instead.
Cross-Posting to Every Platform
Below the individual platform cards is the Smart Scheduler. It sends one video to every connected platform you select in a single click, now or scheduled. You write the caption once and it goes everywhere, reusing the same upload. Because a vertical clip that works on one short-form platform works on all of them, this is the fastest way to turn one recording into a post across your whole presence.
- •Each platform still applies its own rules through the Smart Scheduler, so TikTok still needs a privacy choice and X still rejects links.
Scheduling Ahead of Time
Rather than posting immediately, you can schedule a video for a future time and it publishes on its own. This is how you keep a consistent rhythm without being at your machine each day: produce several clips in one session and schedule them across the week. The separate Scheduled Posts page lists your upcoming and past jobs together, with a status on each, so you can see what is queued and cancel anything that has not gone out yet.
- •Scheduling uploads the file right away and only holds the posting, so the clip has to be ready when you schedule it.
Publishing Limits
There are limits on how many videos can be published in a period, and they depend on your plan. Starter Studio has a small allowance across a rolling week and can publish to YouTube. Pro Creator and Studio Elite have a daily allowance per platform, so connecting more platforms gives you more total capacity. If a publish is refused, check your remaining allowance before assuming the connection has failed.
- •Scheduling counts against the allowance for the day it publishes, not the day you scheduled it.
