Autopilot: Set-and-Forget Publishing

Autopilot turns publishing into a standing schedule. Instead of posting each clip by hand, you set the times you want to post, choose the platforms, and add a pool of videos. Autopilot then releases one video from the pool at each scheduled time, so your channel keeps posting on a rhythm without you touching it. It lives at the top of the Scheduled Posts page.

Autopilot is an opt-in feature rather than something every plan includes automatically. If it is enabled for your account, the Autopilot panel appears at the top of the Scheduled Posts page with an On/Off switch. If you do not see the panel, Autopilot is not enabled for your account yet, contact support at [email protected] to ask for it.

In the Autopilot panel you choose which connected platforms to post to, set your posting times for weekdays and weekends separately (up to two times a day), confirm your timezone, and pick a default privacy setting. A platform only counts if it is both selected and still connected. When a platform needs extra choices, a Pinterest board, or TikTok privacy and interaction settings, those appear once you select it. Press "Save schedule" to store it.

Autopilot posts from a pool of videos you stock in advance. Add a video with a title (required) and an optional caption, and it joins the pool. The pool drains oldest first: at each scheduled time, the oldest waiting video is published and then removed from the pool. You can reorder the pool with the up and down arrows to change what posts next, and each video shows its status as it moves through.

On Studio Elite, each brand runs its own independent Autopilot, its own platforms, its own schedule, and its own video pool. Switch brands with the brand switcher at the top of the panel, and you are configuring that brand's Autopilot in isolation. See Managing Multiple Brands.
