The Scheduled Posts Hub

Upload, schedule, and track every post from one place outside the Studio, with a live list of what is upcoming and what has gone out.

01

What the Scheduled Posts Page Is

The Scheduled Posts page is a dedicated hub, separate from the Studio, for planning and tracking your publishing. It is where you queue videos to go out later, watch what is coming up, and review what has already posted or failed. If the Studio Publish tab is for "post this clip I just made", the Scheduled Posts page is for "run my whole posting schedule".

02

Uploading and Publishing a Video

The composer at the top lets you bring in a video and send it out. Use "Upload video" to add an .mp4, or pick one you already added from your saved videos list. Then choose your platforms, write your caption, and either publish now or set a schedule time. This is the same publishing engine as the Studio, so the same connections and the same rules apply.

  1. 1Open the Scheduled Posts page.
  2. 2Press "Upload video" to add an .mp4, or select one from "Your videos".
  3. 3Choose which connected platforms to post to.
  4. 4Write your caption and set title/privacy as needed.
  5. 5Publish now, or pick a date and time to schedule.
03

Your Saved Videos

Videos you upload here are kept in a "Your videos" library so you can reuse or delete them without re-uploading. This is handy when you want to post the same clip to different platforms on different days, or line up several clips in advance. Deleting a video from the library removes the stored file; it does not remove posts that already went out.

04

Upcoming and History

The job list is split into Upcoming and History. Upcoming shows everything scheduled but not yet posted; History shows what has already run. You can filter by platform, and each job shows its status. The list refreshes on its own every few seconds, so you can leave it open and watch a scheduled post move through to Published.

StatusWhat it means
ScheduledQueued for a future time you set. Not posted yet.
QueuedPicked up and waiting its turn to publish.
PublishingBeing sent to the platform right now.
PublishedLive on the platform.
FailedSomething went wrong. See Fixing Publishing Problems.
CanceledYou cancelled it before it posted.
05

Cancelling a Post

A scheduled post that has not gone out yet, or a failed one, shows a "Cancel" button. Cancelling stops it from posting and moves it to Canceled. You cannot un-post something that is already Published, cancelling only affects jobs that have not completed.

Pro Tip

Changed your mind about a scheduled clip? Cancel it before its time comes. Once it flips to Published it is live on the platform and has to be removed there.
