Automation Plans and Publishing Limits

What each automation plan includes: monthly posts, account slots, brands, Autopilot, scheduling depth and storage.

What Each Plan Includes

Publishing comes from an automation plan, not from your Studio plan. Every automation plan covers every platform; plans differ by how much you can post and how much runs for you. A post is one video on one platform.

Each plan is sized to a Studio plan, so you can post everything you make: Lite carries Creator's videos to two platforms, Growth carries Pro's to four, Scale carries Elite's to four, and Max carries Agency's to three.

One Post = One Publish

Your budget is one pool for the whole account, shared by every brand and platform. One video sent to four platforms uses four posts. You can spend it however you like: nothing on Tuesday and eleven on Wednesday is fine.

If you select more platforms than you have posts left, you see "You have [n] post(s) left but selected [n] platforms." Deselect some, or move to a bigger plan.

When the Budget Refills

The budget is monthly and refills on your billing date, not on the 1st. Buy on the 20th and your full allowance comes back on the 20th of every month. When you run out, the message tells you the date it refills.

There is also a daily safety cap, set well above normal daily use, which stops a whole month being spent in one burst. If you hit it you see "You have hit today's limit" along with how many posts you still have this month. It reopens at midnight UTC. Moving plans does not help with this one; waiting does.

Tip

  • Posts that fail, and scheduled posts you cancel, go back into your budget.
  • Retrying a failed post does not use another post.

Scheduling Depth

Lite schedules up to 7 days ahead. Lite holds up to 10 scheduled posts at once, counting one per platform. Every other plan schedules as far ahead as you like with no queue limit. "Publish now" is never limited by these rules.

Buying, Changing and Cancelling

Buy automation in Automation, Plan tab, or on the plans page. You can buy it on its own, or together with a Studio plan as one subscription at the two prices added together (for example Creator $29 + Lite $9 = $38 a month).

The Plan tab shows your plan, "Renews on [date]" or "Ends on [date]", and any plan change scheduled for your next renewal, which you can call off. A standalone automation plan can be cancelled from the Plan tab and keeps working until the end of the paid period. When automation is billed together with your Studio plan, cancelling that subscription ends both; to drop only the automation, switch to a Studio-only plan.

Tip

  • Your plan's extra storage is added to your Studio storage. On Max that is 200 GB on top of your Studio plan's amount.
  • Accounts that already had publishing before automation became a separate product keep their allowance while they stay subscribed. The Automation page shows "Included with your Studio plan" for them.
